You can now get the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook with built-in 3G data connectivity. Dell are selling the Netbook on its own for roughly £300 for a comparable spec model, however Vodafone are currently giving this away for free with their 2-year data plans starting at £25 per month.
The first 3 months are free and you can download up to 1GB in one calendar month. Pay an extra £5 a month and you can triple your download limit to 3GB per month.
Either way, you get the Netbook for free and its yours to keep at the end of the contract.
